MIND CARE COUNSELING

Mind Care Counseling is for ages 18 year old and above.

Mind Care Counseling provides a one-time (1) counseling session with a MindCare counselor through the HeyPhil DigiMed app. It also covers one-time (1) teleconsultation with a Family Medicine Specialist, Internal Medicine, or General Practitioner. One-time (1) Mental Health Assessment / Screening and Three (3) chat support with mental health associates.

HeyPhil Mind Care Counseling:

• One (1) Mind Care counseling session with coachers and counselors
• Fifty (50) minutes of counseling time
• Mental health screening survey and viewing of results
• Counseling activities as deemed appropriate by our Counselors

MindCheck: Mental Health Assessment / Screening:

One-time (1) Mental Health Assessment / Screening using the following psychological tests:

• Perceived Stress Scale
• Depression and Anxiety Scale

Chat support with mental health associates:

Covers three (3) online chat support with mental health associates.
